Tuxedo
Ingredients:
- 30 ml old tom gin
- 30 ml dry vermouth
- 0.5 bar spoon maraschino
- 0.25 bar spoon absinthe
- 3 dash orange bitters
Method:
1. Chill a cocktail glass. 2. Fill a mixing glass with ice. 3. Add the gin, dry vermouth, maraschino, absinthe, and bitters. 4. Stir until chilled. 5. Strain into the glass and garnish with a lemon twist or cocktail cherry.
