Description:

The Blue Hawaii was created in 1957 in Hawaii by bartender Harry Yee. It became one of the most recognizable blue tropical drinks and reflects an era when vivid color was an important part of cocktail presentation. In flavor, it is a fruity, citrus-and-pineapple cocktail with soft sweetness and noticeable freshness. Blue curaçao provides not only the color, but also the orange note that ties the rum, vodka, and juices together.
