Blue Hawaii
Ingredients:
- 22.5 ml vodka
- 22.5 ml white rum
- 22.5 ml blue curacao
- 90 ml pineapple juice
- 7.5 ml lime juice
- 7.5 ml lemon juice
- 7.5 ml simple syrup
Method:
1. Fill a shaker with ice. 2. Add the spirits, blue curaçao, citrus juices, simple syrup, and pineapple juice. 3. Shake well until chilled. 4. Strain into a glass over crushed or fresh ice. 5. Garnish with an orange or pineapple slice.

The Blue Hawaii was created in 1957 in Hawaii by bartender Harry Yee. It became one of the most recognizable blue tropical drinks and reflects an era when vivid color was an important part of cocktail presentation.
