Hurricane Glass

Description:

A Hurricane glass is a tall curved glass on a short stem, most often holding 300-500 ml. Its shape resembles a hurricane lamp, which gives the glass its name. It is used for tropical and tiki cocktails, drinks with plenty of ice, juices, syrups, and decorative garnishes. The glass is excellent for expressive presentation, but because it is large, balance matters: sweetness, acidity, and strength should remain clear.
