Description:

The Porto Flip belongs to the old flip family: rich drinks made with egg, wine, or spirits. It is less common in modern bars, but remains an official International Bartenders Association cocktail. In character, it is dense, wine-fruity, and lightly spiced. Egg yolk gives it a rich texture, placing it closer to dessert-style classics than to light aperitifs.
