1. Add all ingredients except soda water to a shaker. 2. Shake without ice to combine the cream and egg white. 3. Add ice and shake hard for an extended time. 4. Strain into a highball glass. 5. Top with soda water and serve without garnish.

Description:

The Ramos Gin Fizz was created by Henry Charles Ramos in New Orleans in 1888. The cocktail is famous not only for its flavor but also for its demanding technique: the long shake became part of bar legend. It is a creamy, citrusy, floral-aromatic fizz with a very soft texture. Orange flower water should be a delicate aroma, not a perfumed dominant note.
