Description:

Angel Face is an official International Bartenders Association cocktail. Its best-known early appearance is in Harry Craddock's 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book. It is a strong fruit-led cocktail without citrus acidity: gin gives it a dry base, Calvados adds an apple note, and apricot brandy softens and rounds the flavor. The equal-parts formula looks simple, but the sweetness needs careful balance.
