Bitter Lemon

Bitter Lemon is a carbonated lemon soft drink with bright citrus acidity, light sweetness, and a dry bitter edge. In cocktails it adds volume, bubbles, and a more grown-up lemon profile than ordinary lemon-lime soda. The bitterness makes a drink feel drier and can help balance recipes with juice or syrup.
