Ice Scoop

Description:

An ice scoop is used to fill a shaker, mixing glass, or serving glass quickly and hygienically. It is safer than using a glass: if glass breaks in an ice bin, all the ice must be discarded. Scoops are made from metal or sturdy plastic, and size is chosen according to the ice bin or home container. It is a basic tool for any station that prepares more than a couple of drinks in a row.
