Atomizer

Description:

An atomizer is a small sprayer for aromatic ingredients. It applies a thin layer of absinthe, bitters, citrus tincture, rose water, or another strong aroma to the glass or drink surface. This saves the ingredient and gives a more delicate aroma than adding it directly to the mixture. It is especially useful for the Sazerac, Martini, and original cocktails.
